Editorial and complaints policy
Pembroke News, Teifi News, North Wales Times, Carmarthenshire Chronicle, South Wales Times and Mid Wales Times are local news titles published by Liberty Lux Radio.
We are not a member of IPSO or IMPRESS. Complaints are handled by us under this policy.
What we aim to do
- Distinguish news from comment.
- Correct significant errors once we are satisfied they are wrong.
- Credit photographs and third-party media, including Wikimedia Commons licences on the article.
- Take care with court reporting, children, and people who have died.
How to ask for a correction
Email contact@libertyluxradio.com with:
- the article title and URL
- what you say is wrong
- what you want changed
- your name and a way to reach you

We aim to acknowledge within five working days and to decide within 28 days. If we correct the piece we will say so on the article where that is practical.
Defamation and legal complaints
If you believe a story is defamatory, mark the email “legal complaint” and include the wording you object to. Do not rely on a social media comment as notice.

Requests about personal data are handled under the privacy notice.
